You probably do not think too much time on your intestines unless it causes you discomfort. I'm certainly not thinking about my stomach when I was eating fast food and sugary soft drinks. But then it began to cause me problem I began to notice.

We often focus on the things we see on the outside or think about heart health and cancer prevention poor gastrointestinal tract does not receive much attention. The gastrointestinal tract or gut is related to all aspect of your health. Hopefully with this in mind you will begin to do a little more love. Here are some reasons.

Your gut

is the first contact between the external world and the internal environment. He is the guardian of what goes into your body.
