Following your fitness Intuition

The ultimate goal fitness should not be in your life related to a super strict meal planning life on the chicken and broccoli avoiding tempting situation social training and activist with little pleasure. This feels stuffy and not really facilitate your better health and life.

Instead the goal should be to cause you to obsess healthy life and shaped in alignment with your values not. Then you can be sure you make informed decision using your innate knowledge.I call following your intuition fitness.To achieve this a training session is to do!

Step 1. Power is the ability or capacity to act the strength and power to do anything. 

It is the vital energy to make choice and decision. It also includes the ability to overcome habits deeply rooted and a higher which are more efficient to grow. Stephen R Covey

Break old unhealthy habits, and new installation. To do this you need to commit fully to a diet and exercise regime. But you should not just follow blindly. Be involved interact with others and find a friend or family member to join the adventure fitness. Stay involved and learn in the process that works for you the foundation for building your future life form.

Use mindfulness to evaluate how you actually feel when you eat certain food if you are hungry or full of energy how certain exercises etc.

For example, when I got my travel health and fitness began I realized that I loved make an omelet every morning and serve with oatmeal and fruit or toast and fruit. I always felt energetic, happy and satisfied (completely comfortable) after this meal. A few years later, and I always start my day with the daily combo.

Step 2. All the so-called secrets of success will not work unless you do.

It is therefore difficult to establish new habits with a wishy washing work ethic. You need to consult fully with your head and heart stomach. When you think about why you want to change you have to shoot. To lose weight is not the motivation. However, Feel confident in my own skin and be able to play with my grandchildren are much more powerful. So dig deep for you real reason so do not move backward glance.

Step 3. Fear is the path to the dark side Yoda

We have been there before. Worry about how the party would give you, if you could come unglued a special event, etc. In an effort to control one of these anxiety provoking situations we often unrealistic expectation of ourselves as ulcers are all two days holiday calories cut drastically during a restoration injury. Guess what happens when you do this? We realize unhappy worry about and / or our real fears. It does not follow your fitness intuition, which leads me ..

Step 4. I think I deserve to be fit healthy as

I can be but also look my best. All these things make me a more productive person and actually be able to serve others better than ever. When I'm at my best it is easier to put forward my best. I'm taken more seriously because people see that I respect myself.

At one point in our fitness journey we need to remove the training wheel and realized that we can continue to live a perfect fit without condition or following a rigid plan. We need to trust our inner wisdom the intuition that will allow us in the right direction if we just draw in.

Build your foundation of fitness. Learn what work for you and what does not. Be open and honest with your coach your family and friends to help you to help in your goal. Do not settle for anything less than satisfactory and the most important tip of all be consistent. Treat every workout as if your work. You would not be late for work or skip a day just because you were too busy find the time to improve and just do it!

Follow your heart and believe in what you do.

I think I am my heart and my passion to help others find the confidence they need to take everything in life. I start at the root of the problem - focus on their goals, needs, define each of my clients with a plan that works (because it is suited to their objectives), then take a dip in improving their body mine and soul through fitness, nutrition and health!
