There was a lot of dancing in the streets and reflections on the background music to life experiences. Dreaming about the changes that occur when the artist's legendary music stops, we do not believe in the importance of music to help us stay healthy.
Moving more and eating less is the proper exercise of some sort in your daily routine. It is recommended that you at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Can you imagine the challenge of fitting exercise into your schedule without music? Some of my customers choose landing a mile or two walk others sign up for the fitness class held nearest and others enjoy slipping into the dancing shoes to step, salsa or Electric slide. Although not a scientific observation I know to abandon or postpone an aerobics class when not to follow the playlist of the instructor of a rhythm that motivates me.

One study found that people who participated in making music by playing percussion instruments or sing their immune system strengthened more than they listen passively to the music.
Music can also help improve athletic performance and motivation.
Consider how many professional athletes you see with headphones or earplugs during their pre game routine. It work for weekend warriors too. The sound of upbeat pop music we can enjoy the extra push focused on the task at hand to stay and finish creating a few steps or repetitions of the daily workout.
