Ok, it's not something people like to talk. My clients often say, "sorry for too a lot of information.But really I do not think we're talking enough. Chronic constipation
I would describe constipation as a bowel movement less than once a day and a hard consistency. What everybody considers "normal" is different. But it is not "normal" to a bowel movement every day or every few days.The main cause of constipation are lack of exercise and diet. A diet rich in animal protein and refined, low fiber cereal (fruit, vegetables, whole grains) may be the cause of chronic constipation.
Chronic diarrhea
There are many possible causes of diarrhea, such as food allergy or sensitivity, infection, side effect of a drug, or after the operation. Some of them can cause short-term diarrhea and hope to resolve quickly, but if it becomes chronic you should definitely pay attention and look for the underline cause of the symptom.
